Hi,
I search a possibilty that the agent can change its CCPulse-password himself. Do you know a tool or feature etc.?
I'm administrator of Genesys and will reduce password-administration :-).

we use CME and GA.
But how can I administrate this in CME or GA for all agents, who want to login in CCPulse?
I mean, a application (here: GA /CME) must have options to choose password-conditions, for example user must change password after first login himself
My plan:
first step: I administrate new agents with a Genesys-Start-password
second-step: agent can change his Genesys-Start-password after first login.

Hi Frank,

GAX (Genesys Administrator Extension) allow users to change their password after first login to the system. All depends on user's configuration, below you can find the step-by-step approach for single user:

1. In the header, go to Accounts > System > User Accounts.
2. In the User Accounts panel, click the name of the user for whom to reset the password. A new panel opens on the right.
3. In the new panel, select the Force Password Reset on Next Login check box.
4. Click the Save button.

Detail description of how it works or what are the available options and values, you can find in GAX documentations (help, dep, etc.), where is all described very well and in great detail.
