    Hello,

    what is your need on this? If you look for root-cause, try to describe the issue more deeply and provide with fragment of log covering the issue.

    Actually in production we have an issue, that IVR is not playing for all the countires and IVR is centralized, However when we restart the RM IVR menu's are played, i came to an conclustion after searching RMlogs where i found, RM not in active mode message.
    Even agents were unable to answer the calls sometime and if answered unable to hear the customer voice.
    Different issues and it was continuied even after 3 time of restart of the RM allpication alone, we have many erros in SIP logs as well,

    Pasing the logs sample below.

    What version of RM are you using? Strongly recommend to use the latest version of RM. What is your architecture model for RM component (active-standby, active-active, if so what LB is ued)?
    The fragment of RM log is to short and it is not possible to find out the root cause.
