    The original mail is getting truncated for Random mails ID's. While we have check the UCS logs have found that however the original mail body is available in the logs, still when the user is receiving the AutoResponse template, the original mail body is getting truncated

    Try to open the #SR on Support portal - without any related information - as used versions, deployment type, use case and debug logs, it is not possible help you.

    Option available in AutoResponse block to include the original mail. Thanks,
