    I would to know how is possible count Abandoned Calls in IVR. I am working with custom report in Interactive Insights.

    Hi Angel,

    it depends on used IVR model. In case, you are using the VTP ports, you should be able to report data on these type of object.

    Jakub, if the used IVR model is different, is possible to do that?...

    Other question, with the IVR model in Interactive Insights, must I see the measure in Interactive Insigths or must I create it?

    In any other cases you have to use Genesys Reporting Server which is there for these purposes. Unfortunately, in standard GII solution, there is no report or data source for these data from GVP. It has to be made through custom queries.
