    SIP server creates a new Call-ID when its inviting new SIP device into the call. It maintains separate dialog for customer and agent. How to track a call end to end?

    Each call-leg created by a Genesys SIP have a unique-ID. With this ID, you can track entire call-flow related to this call leg.
