    Thanks for your reply. However, my problem is with this guide. I've found it impossible to find Java info in the HTML version. whereas the "old" PDF version included it in the tables.

    When I try to produce a PDF version of the entire document I end up with one empty page!

    Thanks, it helped a lot. Although I wonder if it is complete/up-to-date. The reason I mention it is that I can't find Java as a pre-req for TServer CUCM 8.1.2+.
