  • 1.  CPD Recording Prefix - options

    I can see that you can set the prefix for the CPD recordings for outbound.  I would like to enable this but are you only able to set this prefix for calls that are picked up by an agent?  Would the prefix work for calls that get the call result AMD?

    That sounds like it may take some investigating an response from the Customer Care folks.  It might be best to open a case with them and get an official response on how to accomplish that.
