    Currently have a 13 hour max login timer and I need to disable it for a pending upgrade that will last the weekend and since the publisher will be down I can't have the agents get logged out. I can't locate where this is set

    Can you please clarify the exact product which the question relates to? What is the option you are using which the value of 13 hours is set for?

    I'm using IWS for the agents with a T-server integration to CUCM. I'm not sure where the option is set and was hoping someone else is doing the same thing and knows where this is set. I did open a case, test it and send t-server logs to tech support. We are still working on it.
