  • 1.  Does CCpulse supports Historical reporting using InfoMart?

    HI

    Would like to know if CCPulse supports historical reporting using InfoMart. I knew that CCPulse uses DataMart for Historical Reporting. Not sure if CCPulse has capability to perform similar functionality using InfoMart (Environment where there is no ODS/DataMart)

    Hi Janakiram,

    CCPulse was capable of reporting on some Info Mart queries; however, this funtionality was discontinued in the early 8.0 release, per the CCPulse 8.0 Release Notes:

    CCPulse+ reporting of Genesys Info Mart queries is no longer supported.

    Discontinued As Of:  8.0.000.28
