Hi there,

we are currently evaluating the possibilities to integrate genesys with salesforce because of an customer request.

I've found two options (are there more?) here:

Are these possibilities only available if the customer uses the Genesys-Cloud ?

The customer has a "normal" genesys-installation in his computing center, he is using no "Genesys Cloud". So there are no out-of-thebox- options to integrate this installation with salesforce ?

I'm right or do I misunderstand something here ?

You could try looking on the saleforce appexchange.  I see one there.
