  • 1.  Reports scheduler is not sending reports to the selected supervisors and managers

    I am trying to set up the contact centre performance report to be sent to operations team on daily basis, but it is not functioning and no one receiving the reports.
    Any suggestions please?

    I have never seen an option to actually send the reports to someone. You can make the reports viewable by a user and than they would need to log in to WFM and click on Generated Reports. Any reports that you have had generated for them should be viewable there.

    Hi Glenn,
    You may want to open a Case with Genesys Customer Care to review this further.  If there is a specific error, it would be helpful to get a screenshot of that as well.

    ?There is no setting in Genesys WFM's automatic report generation functionality to "send" the report to someone.  Currently, all auto-generated reports are sent to a predefined network location specified within the CME Application Object for WFM Web:

    PathToAutoGeneratedReports
    Type: Mandatory
    Default Value: None
    Valid Value: a valid and accessible network path
    Dependencies: None

    Specifies the network path for storing generated reports. If this value is not set, then generated reports are lost (not stored at all).
