  • 1.  How does currentgroupstate stat work in CCPulse ?

    Hi all , 

    There is a requirement to show the status of Group of agents in CCPulse . I am planning to use CurrentGroupState stat. 

    Format:StatusName (Hours:Min:Sec)
    Category:CurrentState
    Subject:GroupStatus
    MainMask:*

    This stat is there in the Reporting Technical Reference 8.0 Solution Reporting Templates. 

    However I am a bit confused how this stat will work. 

    For eg: if we have 5 agents and each of them are in different states , then what does this stat display ? 

    Does anyone know how this stat work ?

    Hi Janesh,

    Please refer to the Stat Server User's Guide Chapter 5 Object Statuses -> Group Status for information on how Stat Server reports on Group Status.
