  • 1.  WDE Error retrieving contacts when searching them from Interaction bar

    In the main WDE bar, where I have to dial to make a call, I search for contacts I have added through my contact directory and they doesn´t appear. Just an error messagge saying "Error retrieving contacts". If I look for the contacts through Contact Directory they appear just fine. Any ideas why can´t I access this information through the main bar?

    This questions looks like it would be better handled in a case.  Please open a case and include the following logs: 
    Universal Contact Server
    Workspace Desktop Edition
    DB Server for the UCS

    suggest you rebuild the indices - look at the UCS options and change the rebuild index = on-start; this fixed my problem.
