One of our client is using GAD and Genesys provided SIPEndPoint SDK for .NET as SEP application.
SIPEndPoint SDK version is 8.1.100.05 and all agent machines are Windows7 32 bit OS.
Intermittently we face one issue wherein we get exception on SEP application saying '
application has stopped working' and after this machine goes into hang state.
Please provide direction where I need to look for solution on this.
