Modify call results in GAD

    Hello,

    We have a client who is still using GAD, version 7.6.4.
    they want to remove some of the list of call results presented for outbound interactions.
    Genesys articles suggest this is not possible (only names may be updated).
    is there an actual method, through customization?
    this is possible using workspace.
