    Composer is just a GUI, where you can develop routing (SCXML) or voice self-service (VXML) application. ASR/TTS functions are provided by 3rd party application (like Nuance,etc.) integrated through the Genesys Voice Portal solution (MRCP or MRCPv2 protocol used)

    What was not clear for you? Composer is just a DEV UI, not a server component who can provide ASR or TTS function. Within Composer you can develop own application as I have mentioned early and debug application, which are using the ASR/TTS blocks, but the execution of this block are not related to the Composer itself, but to the GVP and any supported ASR/TTS server.
