Hi is any one help me to know about twitter message section?
I am new in Genesys, and want twitter message work like a chat just like below link,

Is it possible in Genesys IWS 8.5.110.13

WDE supports the twitter interactions using the eServices layer (Social Media Server) by default (required the SMS server and WDE plugin). All related information you can find od site with docs.

Thank for reply, It's mean twitter message not work like chat in Interaction workespae.

Of course you can use it like chat, but I am not sure if this is available by default without any further development. With using the mentioned components it works as standard twitter message with all possible functions and advantages (the chat interaction has limits against the twitter).

Because of the mentioned solution was not "out-of-box", so you have to develop it on your own. You can just use the Chat API or Web API. All is documented very well.
