    We are getting weird charaters with an email interaction that has been sent in arabic language.

    how does one rectify this?

    example below:

    رمز الدولة: AE
                   
    رمز اللغة: ar
                   
    الصÙ?Ø©: Mr
                   
    الاسم الأول: Mohammed
                   
    اسم العائلة: almazrouei
                   
    رقم سكاي واردز طيران الإمارات: 004e

    What is your charset configuration on ESJ and UCS level?

    Hello im facing the same issues on IWS , we're getting weird characters and letters for customers names in arabic.

    in the ESJ installation path edit JavaEmailServerDriver.ini add the below Under [JavaArgs] Tag

    -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8
    -Dfile.client.encoding=UTF-8
    -Dclient.encoding.override=UTF-8

    In UCS make sure you have the same in ContactServerDriver.ini

    Restart is needed
