    Is it possible to save the Realtime data from CCPulse to a DB and use it later to see how many emails were pending in a specific Queue at any specific time.

    You can do whatever you want within CCPulse. You can be just limited by VBScript capabilities.
    I am not sure what is the purpose of that as 15 minutes (no agg) data is available on CCA level by default. So, no need for develop anything there.

    Also, if you have WFM, and the queue configured to an activity, you will be able to see the queue size per interval in the performance tab/reports.
