Hi there,

we are using the newest release of cobrowse for a customer webpage. I wonder if it is possible that the agent sees also the content of a popup which the customer opens on the webpage (the instrumentation.js is included in the html-content of the popup). If yes, I wonder what could be the reasons that the agent doesent see the popup...

Agent should see the same page as customer. If agent see a different page I recommend you to open a new case and provide us with screenshots from customer's and agent's desktops with log files.
