  • 1.  which table to look to find chat interaction in GIM tables

    I have been looking into INTERACTION_FACT table  in GIM tables but the interactionid is a number which I am not able to relate to an interaction  id which I m looking

    Just want to know where to look (which table to look) which shows interactions of media type =3 and interaction id of that  interaction.

    Please let me know,

    You can look in INTERACTION_FACT and use MEDIA_TYPE_KEY and MEDIA_SERVER_IXN_ID for the interaction ID
