    Do we have to configure a historical reporitng by hour or is this feature come from out the box templates?  Anyone know how to create one of these

    Hi George,

    The availability of Historical data in CCPulse is dependant on available Historical data in the Data Mart database. CCPulse utilizes a DAP connection to the Data Mart DB to pull Historical data.

    If you open the Help in CCPulse and search for Creating Historical Views you'll find a full set of instructions on this topic. You'll also see that you can create a Historical view based on Hourly data.
