    Hello, I would like to know what is the name for the old solution Soundbite that was bought by Genesys? I want to get more information in the documentation, but I can't find de new name. Thanks.

    The product is now called Outbound Engagement.  It was formerly known as Proactive Customer Communications and Mobile Marketing.  You can find a brochure here:
