Is there a way to see an audit trail of what updates and who made the updates in the Genesys Administrator Extension tool? For example if a change was made to a parameter group can that be traced somehow to see what the change was and who made the change and when?

Yes, GAX is able to track the audit - follow the documentation (GAX role auditing)

Thank you, I was able to download the documentation and review it. A follow up from the documentation I need assistance is while it explained how to set it up it does not indicate after set up how to get an audit type report. Can you please point me in the right direction of where I can get the information of retrieving the audit info after its set up?
