We have installed Genesys 8.1 and in our flows we have using prompts, in Spanish language (es-US) mainly and it works correctly, but we are also to occupy the English language (en-US). But in the tests already implemented, it does not work correctly with the English language, although in the flow it is configured using variables, that use one or the other prompt (Spanish or English).
Any configuration suggestions that they think we need to do?
