    I cant make new entries @ PROVISIONING>  Routing/eServices>  Transactions>  IVR_DNIS_Mapping

    SCEE006 A database error occured, try the same action again. if the problem persists, contact your network administrator

    Some problem with accessing the database, check the confserv or dbserver log to know what is the problem.
