Outbound/Inbound Sczenario:
Predictive Outbound Call gets answered by mailbox at customer side, No Treatment set for mailbox in the campaign.
Customer dials back to an corresponding inbound service, agent needs to retrieve records from OCS again to update it properly.
Is there nay way to do it via SDK (without any SQL Selects) to work again in the right way to update the record afterwards using the record_handle?
