I have one question, How to prompt an agent to change the password once it expired through IWS? is there any option we have to set IWS application level?

I do not think so that it is possible in general as this is LDAP/RADIUS server function and not the Genesys itself. Genesys is just checking whether the user is authenticated or not, nothing more.

Thak you for your reply, as per analysis I can see InteractionWorkspace.Security.canChangePassword is the option
which can give the customer the permission to change the password.

My concern is How t configure the Change Password dialog box.

Yes, this function cover changing of internal Genesys password, not the from Active Directory.
