  • 1.  Is there an overview of Stats based overflow routing syntax?

    Posted 06-10-2016 19:52
    I am pretty new to Genesys so I apologize if this question seems juvenile.

    Our system was delivered to us with an overflow routing system which seems to be based on URS stats, from my understanding. I am unable to find an explination of the syntax in any of the documentation though. Here is an example of a targeting evaluation:

    ([AgentsAvailable,BusinessSupport.GA] >= 2 & [CallsWaiting,BusinessSupport.GQ] = 0)

    I am curious to understand the syntax here. Can someone help me to break this down?

    GQ = ?
    GA = ?

    Where would I find the definition of these stats and how would I devise new ones? Would this all be done in Composer?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

    GQ = Group of Queues
    GA = Group of Agents

    All you can find within available documentations.

    HTH!

    Thank you! Can you suggest or link related documentation? I have had no luck finding a reference for this information.

    Quick Update: I was able to find the symbols guide on Page 359 of the URS 8.1 Guide. Thank you!
