  • 1.  IVR Data encryption

    Hi All,

    Need a help to encrypt Customer Input over IVR through IRD.
    E.g. if Customer is Entering 16 Digit Credit Card Number, only last 4 digit should be visible. Even in CTI Logs number should display in ecrypted mode.
    Is there a way for such configuration..?

    Reduce the logging to basic and hide attached data... That should help

    Hi there,

    You can hide specific keys from the logging.
