In our contact center, we just enabled chat, and certain agents are set to receive up to 3 chats at one time, via Capacity Rules. Chats are also set to Auto Accept in Workspace. So when a new chat is routed to an agent, Workspace pops open a new tab on top of the active one the agent is working on, interrupting the agent's work. We are putting some workarounds in place to extend the auto accept timeout and play an audible alert, but really want to find a way to have the new interaction tab open BEHIND the active interaction tab, but flash (and still play the alert tone so that the agent notices it).
