How can you display a list of ANIs of callers thare are waiting in a particular queue in CCPulse? Or maybe the 5-10 top ones based on max wait time?

    Dear Vaun

    Stat Server does not provide this information to CCPulse+ hence first enhancement would need to be raised to supply CurrentState\CurrentTargetState  for Queues\Group Of Queues. CCPulse+ could potentially retrieve this information from DB maintained within the Strategy or ICON Voice Database.

    Stat Server presently supports Filters on ANI but has no API to supply it to clients such as CCPulse+ as of this time.

    You may open a feature Request against Pulse or CCPulse+ and that will likely translate to Stat Server Feature Request for described functionality.
