I have Primary/Backup Pulse Collector and 2 GAX instance on a load balance. GAX01 and GAX02 have its own Pulse and connected to Primary Pulse Collector. Will this setup work. i am having issues launching widgets on GAX02 , it never comes up.

As I know, connected Pulse Collector should be always on the same machine as the GAX instance. So, in this case, try to connect to local Colelctor instance.

In latest version of Pulse we have an option of keeping Pulse Collector on different machine , GAX can access the Pulse Collector snapshots through webdav server. I have tried this method. I am good with one instance of gax , the problem is with the second instance.

Was this ever resolved? I have basicaly the same set up and one Pulse will load the widgets but the other GAX Pulse will just spin and never open the widgits. If there was a resolution, please provide it as webdav is fairly new to me. Thanks in advance.

gax1 should have connection to gax2 and gax2 to gax1.
All all gax's should have connections to all Primary colectors only.
web dav has to be installed on pulsecollectors.
