In a laboratory environment, configuration Server does not start, 

In the logs i see the following:

09:04:23.938  dbserver_manager with alias main-dbserver is about to unregister form socket 1, reference counter 3 (reason - exception)

Could you help me please, What could be happening.

Check the confserv.cfg configuration, especially on database connection section. Did you create the CFG schema? Are you able to connect to the database and use this created CFG database?

some problem with the config DBServer. is the DB server running first?
