    Hi,

    I want to Mask DTMF tone at agent Side when Agent takes call on conference to validate PIN/PASSWORD. we have Ayava Genesys enviroment and all Genesys Components are updated. is there any way to MASK DTMF in VXML??

    Conferecne Initiater is Avaya, we have configured all paremeters as per recomendation but still the same.

    In that case, it should be solved on Avaya level. The mentioned function is related to the SIP environment only.

    Just in case, you are using SIP based GVP (ie. 8.0+).

    Try the security option to true in i/p block
