According https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/GA/8.5.2/user/CfgActionCode#t-1 you can set subcodes for an Action code. Creating multiple action codes is working fine here.
For example we have a "Not Ready - Admin" Action Code. With the extra subcode, you can create mutiple extra options, related to the Action code, like an extra side drop down menu?
I tried to create mutiple ones, but the subcode do not appear after restarting WDE (v8.5.117.18).
Can anyone provide a screenshot how this should look like?
 

Did you add these new Action codes to the WDE configuration? If no, follow the WDE documentation on Action code.

The subcodes are added in tab Subcodes In the Action code as written in the online docs. Even when I add the subcodes as action codes, there are not visible.
In de WDE configuration, the new subcodes (related to a "not ready" action code, can't be chosen, because only the main action codes are visible here (Ready, Not ready, DND, etc).

You have to allow switching to NotReady with reason on WDE level - follow the documentation, all is mentioned there.
