GI2 installation question?

    Hi 
    we have two  GIM instance in cold stand by mode on different hosts.
    for example:GIMETL  1 on host a and GIMETL2 on host b.
    GIMETL1 on host a is in primary and GIMETL2 on host b is stopped we use this(GIMETL2 as a DR)

    Question is :Can we install RAA, SAP BO4.1 and GI2 on host b 
    instead of hosting RAA,SAP BO4.1 ANDGI2 on host a  ,just to avoid the performance issue of GIM.
    This in production environment.
