    Hello,

    I am new to the Genesys system and I am trying to put together a how-to for our employees. I reviewed the Workspace Desktop Documentation and I am not able to find anything about cold transferring. Is this an add-on feature that needs to be added to the workspace?

    No, there is no special approach for that. Just allow it within the role and assign your person to this role. Of course, the action itself depends on your switch.
