    Hi, How I can verify fixes of windows for GVP 8.1 Solution??? the Genesys is on win 2008.

    Genesys does not provide any list of available and tested Windows KB. So, you have to test it within any test environment. In case, there is no test env you should install patch on prod platform with possible rollback.
