Hide interaction duration from WDE contact history

    Hello,

    I have to remove / hide some information shown in the contact history in WDE. Agents shouldn't see the duration of interactions processed by other agents, so I have to remove the information marked in the screenshot below.



    I know that I can hide the whole column EndDate, but the agents should see the enddate without the time, because it's needed for some email business processes. So I have to modify the date format of the enddate to: dd.mm.YYYY

    Also I have to remove the duration shown in the details tab at the bottom.

    Do you have any ideas how to do that?
