  • 1.  Unexpected message registering client EventServerMode

    Basically, I'm trying to discover the meaning of this message, which shows up in the Genesys Client Side using the .Net SDK and log4net:

    2014-07-05 23:13:07,159 [1596] WARN  [Channel] Unexpected message registering client: 'EventServerMode' ('23')

    Since I'm still a bit new to Genesys, I don't understand what this means or how it can be avoided....
    Currently implementing a Stat Server with Warm Standby, and this occurs following a Reconnect attempt.

    Hi,

    Since it is a WARN level log message it can be safely ignored. It does not interfere or disrupt the client application work.

    Can you please clarify the exact versions of .NET SDK and Stat Server you are using?

    Can you please show the whole body of EventServerMode' ('23') received from the Stat Server?
