We are using WFM 8.1.3. I have an agent with 173 hours available to them to use per the "Accrual period Total" however when they put in a request they get the error of "Time Off balance is already used for the future Time Offs" as if they have used all of their hours. I did the math and the 173 hours available to them is correct. They do have a lot of granted days in the future because they use their time in small increments but I have the last rule about "Restrict Time Off Total To A Maximum Of" unchecked so that's not in play. Any ideas?

I figured it out. I put in bonus time and didn't give it an expiration date. This particular rep happens to have a day off on 12/31/2016 which looks like is the system's default expiration date. Therefore the system for whatever weird reason would let her do anything. Once I changed that expiration date on the bonus time to 1/1/2017 it worked just fine. Hope this helps someone.

I am getting this error now with Floating Holiday, but the agent has no Floating Holiday scheduled at all this year.
