There are multiple possiblities for this type of issue but to find the actual cause you have to check ...

hi,

P.S: Disabled all firewall/antivirus services.

Hello Moiz,
check logs of T-Server (in case you are using voice channel). In non-voice cases, check the logs of IXN.
