    hi,

    After sometime of login IWS shows OUT OF Service error. can any one help what type of issue is?


    P.S: Disabled all firewall/antivirus services.

    Hello Moiz,

    check logs of T-Server (in case you are using voice channel). In non-voice cases, check the logs of IXN.

    HI Jakub,

    Yes VoiceChannel gets Out of Service in couple of Minutes.

    you have to check the T-Server log to find out the root-cause.

    There are multiple possiblities for this type of issue but to find the actual cause you have to check logs...
