  • 1.  AHT Auto saves as flexible configuration Mode

    Hi

    Im current setting up the Activity Stats in  WFM App v8. 5.. I am referring to the AHT set up. The AHT collection does not look right, please advise where in my config did i go wrong.

    This is my intial setup


    After i have applied, i reopen the stat, and now it shows as Flexible Congfig Mode, which i didnt select...

    the AHT on historical  Volumes looks very suspectious. The average AHT is around 300 sec  and as you can see below  29 secs is totally unrealitic

    If the stat seems to be incorrect, check the statistic configuration if this level is right and meet your requirements.
