Hi all,
i'm having a problem while stopping chat interactions.
Chat interaction is generated by Web Enagagement.
Chat routing is made by Orchestration via scmxl generated with Composer.
We have no problem to generate Web Engagement Interaction and then to start and to route chat interaction to the agent.
We have problem to send terminated chat interaction to a specific Interaction Queue to manage closed chat interactions.
We have used the "Queue for Existing Interaction" field of the Route Interaction Block to specify the special Interaction Queue.
It seems like the interaction is never routed to this queue.
On this queue we have prepared a workflow to manage post agent routing chat.
Could anyone help us? Any ideas?
