    Hi All,

    In the Genesys training manual there are many references to an On Demand Module Managing Shrinkage. I am looking for any insight on how to generate information to create future shrinkage predictions. I cannot find any information in the traning modules beyond the On Demand Module above which does not exist within the manual i have access to. Is anyone here familiar with best practices, or a specific report which will help me predict shrinkage based on historical information?
