  • 1.  Voice messages in strategy on VDN

    I have been developing strategies with Composer. These strategies are loaded on VDNs on the Avaya TServerG3. Is there a way to play voice message without sending the call to the SIP server?

    Hello Kyriazis,

    Thank you for your question. I am assuming that you are using GVP 8.1 or 8.5 to play these voice annoucements. In which case SIP Server is a required front end in order for treatment requests to reach GVP and must be present.
