    Good day

    Has anyone had this issue with Rotating patterns, We have existing rotating patterns with agents assosicated to the patterns in place. When I try to access the Rotating pattern, i get the error below. There was no changes to the enviroment. Using WFM Web Verison 8.1.201.

    I see this error in older version of WFM. So, as first I strongly recommend to check release notes for WFM solution/layer. In other hand, you can try to find out the reason within DEBUG logs and by checking the database level for specific rotating pattern.

    Please advise what exactly should I be looking for in the debug log files.
