Which commands I must use for intercept the release call event from the customer and the close chat event from the agent?
It's not clear into the developer guide 8.5

Hi,
I guess that you have problem with meaning of chain and command. Chain is something like bundle of requests ... so if you would like release call ... you can call specific chain which contains some request = commands to release the call and that's it. it's not for monitoring events from Genesys.
