  • 1.  Any other way to enable coaching barge-in?

    I've checked the deployment guide for IW-8.5.1-Dep-book, on page 243 it states that "Switching from coaching to barge-in is not possible for agents or supervisors who are logged in to an environment that uses SIP Server".

    My environment currently uses SIP server, is there any other way to allow a supervisor to barge-in while coaching?

    Hello Ivan,

    This should be available in SIP server 8.1.101.+. Use the latest version of SIP and try to test it again.
